yeah i only retain one whole egg and usually add just one more egg white. did that this morning with onions, tomato, mushrooms and swiss cheese

I'm going to play for my birthday. Last round out I did really well.. for me anyways.
Yesterday did shoulders and back. Today working biceps and tomorrow we're going heavy for chest. I've noticed a TON of difference in my strength and endurance.
I'm feeling a LOT stronger, belly is going away and I'm feeling "tighter". Workout Krew represent! Plus I haven't spent any money on going out for lunch because all I do is work out.
