I've been back in the gym the past few weeks. I cancelled my LA Fitness membership and joined 24hr Fitness. I also opted for personal training sessions and I've got a trainer session once a week until mid January. She's been beating me up pretty good and I've been real sore the day after my sessions. I've been doing cardio mon, thurs, sat, and lifting tues, and friday. I've been feeling great and I'm hoping to hit my goal of losing 20-30 lbs by the end of my sessions with my trainer.

and I've been eating more crap than usual. Weighed in at 157lbs lulz gained 3 to 4 lbs in a month. and I haven't worked out as much.

I usually put on 3-4 pounds every weekend and then get it back down by friday h:

easier said than done, she's been kicking my butt too much for me to even have a free sec to get a pic. that and it would be really odvious what I was doing. she's about 5'7/5'8, brunette, and tight all over with some real nice muscle tone....and she's single. thats the habit I've been in the past few months and thats why I signed up for training sessions. per my cute trainer, just keep adding muscle to keep the metabolism going. I'm still sore from my training session 2 days after the fact.

Good workout today. I actually had to sit down and take a breather for a few minutes because I thought I was gonna puke h: Also got in a little basketball.

I've worked out pretty hard before, but I don't think I've ever got to a point where I think I'd puke. how does one do that? I just don't get how exhausted one can get that they would puke.

today is a cardio day for me.

I was supposed to lift yesterday but I took a digger blading. I hit the ground and rolled with my shoulder taking the brunt of the fall. my shoulder is sore but has gotten way better every day, I should be back to normal and ready for my trainer on thurs.

This has happened to me since I first lifted in HS. Part of it is low blood sugar, but today I had two tamales and some beans about 2hrs before and a protein shake about 20 minutes before the gym, so I'll just credit the nausea to "bringing it" h: I also ate breakfast and lunch today, usually it's just brunch (one meal).

So we maxed out on bench last night - I've hit an all time record of 285lbs! Booyeah!!! Its SLIGHTLY possible to be at 300 by 2010 but thats a longshot. Then we moved onto 105lbs dumbbell incline presses for about 5-6.

Feels good man.
