This has happened to me since I first lifted in HS. Part of it is low blood sugar, but today I had two tamales and some beans about 2hrs before and a protein shake about 20 minutes before the gym, so I'll just credit the nausea to "bringing it"

h: I also ate breakfast and lunch today, usually it's just brunch (one meal).
