I've been back in the gym the past few weeks. I cancelled my LA Fitness membership and joined 24hr Fitness. I also opted for personal training sessions and I've got a trainer session once a week until mid January. She's been beating me up pretty good and I've been real sore the day after my sessions. I've been doing cardio mon, thurs, sat, and lifting tues, and friday. I've been feeling great and I'm hoping to hit my goal of losing 20-30 lbs by the end of my sessions with my trainer.
