I've worked out pretty hard before, but I don't think I've ever got to a point where I think I'd puke. how does one do that? I just don't get how exhausted one can get that they would puke.
today is a cardio day for me.
I was supposed to lift yesterday but I took a digger blading. I hit the ground and rolled with my shoulder taking the brunt of the fall. my shoulder is sore but has gotten way better every day, I should be back to normal and ready for my trainer on thurs.
