When you guys make protein shakes do you put ice cream or something in it? I just use milk and the powder (and different oils). It tastes like ass I have to hurry and chug it or I feel like i'll throw up. I don't know maybe it's just me. And I eat the tuna plain thats horrible too. But your body can only use so much protein the rest just goes out the other end if you know what I mean, so it's pointless to just eat a ton of protein
I have the shakes with either water to chug, or milk to drink normally. I got a really good tasting brand though. GNC Pro Performance - 100% Whey Protein STrawberry

Try blending a banana or two in with youyr mix, You'll get the added potassium, plus it might taste better

So for the past week and a half I have been eating 3 meals a day and got back on protein 4 days ago. So far I have gained 7 pounds and have been working out. I made a new recipe for my protein shakes too. I add milk, a few scoops of whipped cream, couple dashes of vanilla extract then the protein mix. Pretty good and chock full of calories
My goal is to get to 185-190 within the next 3 months. Solid muscle.
