Anyone into lifting weights..?
Well i started doing the protein shakes and lifting weights on the 12th of January. In a little over 2 weeks I have gone from 163 lbs to 174 lbs and I am a lot more defined. Hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks I can break the 180 mark as far as weight goes. I need to take a pic also so I can see any progress. Whats up with everyone's workouts?
i lift for about 60-90 minutes every other day, alternating muscle groups. for example:
day 1 - chest
day 2 - shoulders
day 3 - arms (biceps/triceps)
day 4 - back, legs
most protein shakes have around 20-30g per serving. others like myoplex have about 40g. i usually take one in the afternoon and one after working out. IMO they all taste like crap, especially the cheap GNC stuff. strawberry myoplex is my favorite, but it's too expensive.

I go to the gym about 3 times a week I work out with 185 6 times on bench then go to incline 135lbs 8times and 160 decline 7-8 times. I weight 136lbs and i need to gain some weight. I take some protein shakes but not on a reagular basis. I guess thats my poblem. and i dont know my max, about 6 weeks ago it was 230lbs but I haven't done it in awhile.

i've only gained 4 lbs since i started workin out again.
...how's your program and what are you eating everyday?

I'm 5'9 and 200lbs. All muscles. I work out 4x a week, an hour each. I am also taking supplements till June(when I start lifegaurding outdoors.....ladies like toned bodies:naughty
I'm taking Creatine and Protein shakes 3x a week. That stuff works!
BTW, when I started, I was 5'7 and 155lbs and that was in Aug, 2002!
