Cool, thanks. I'm going to start that today. Sounds like it should help. I use the gym at my company, and all they have is one of those all in one workout centers like they had in high school, and some free weights. I've been trying to use the free weights more than the machine.

I actually like tuna. doesn't taste that bad in the morning. anyone ever try tuna w instant noodles?

Get those pre cooked chickens on the rotisserie at the grocery store... good stuff

same principle applies. Even if you are one of those all in one workout machines do the same thing for whatever exercise you are doing.
