Cool, thanks. I'm going to start that today. Sounds like it should help. I use the gym at my company, and all they have is one of those all in one workout centers like they had in high school, and some free weights. I've been trying to use the free weights more than the machine.

i usually have 1 shake w/ 2 scoops of whey protein and 1 can of tuna after my workout
