i lift for about 60-90 minutes every other day, alternating muscle groups. for example:
day 1 - chest
day 2 - shoulders
day 3 - arms (biceps/triceps)
day 4 - back, legs
most protein shakes have around 20-30g per serving. others like myoplex have about 40g. i usually take one in the afternoon and one after working out. IMO they all taste like crap, especially the cheap GNC stuff. strawberry myoplex is my favorite, but it's too expensive.
