So for the past week and a half I have been eating 3 meals a day and got back on protein 4 days ago. So far I have gained 7 pounds and have been working out. I made a new recipe for my protein shakes too. I add milk, a few scoops of whipped cream, couple dashes of vanilla extract then the protein mix. Pretty good and chock full of calories

My goal is to get to 185-190 within the next 3 months. Solid muscle.
