Is that any good? Seems like it would make the yogurt gritty. Also, is greek yogurt like plain yogurt in that it kinda has that sour cream taste to it?

I really like it. If you eat it right away it does have a slight bit of texture to it...but if you let it sit for a bit then it goes away.

Plain greek yogurt tastes virtually identical to regular plain yogurt. They do sell flavored greek yogurts also.

yes.
as a matter of fact, for some recipes that use yogurt in Greece, we use sour cream here instead of american yogurt. Like Tzatziki.

Didn't workout yesterday, played bball for 3 hours, and my knees felt like it was about to go out. I have bad knees and playing bball for 3 hours didn't help. I can feel and see the joints on the side of my knee caps click when I bend and straighten them out, don't know what that means.

Will do some cardio tonight, ooh I'm down to 155 lbs from 160lbs  I wanted to gain weight not lose weight. Apparently those light weight circuit exercises and cardio is making me lose weight and not gain muscle.
But as long as I feel good and look cut up then i'll stick with it

Just make sure not to injure yourself Phat

I have had some amazing workouts the last 2 weeks. Even though my lifting partner has not been there I still have been able to push myself, and this morning I was happy to see the separation of my chest muscles while doing dumbbell flies. I love being able to see the bottom part of my pec flex when I am at full extension, and then as I come up the top just swell up. Makes me want to lift 100 times harder.
