Didn't workout yesterday, played bball for 3 hours, and my knees felt like it was about to go out.

I have bad knees and playing bball for 3 hours didn't help. I can feel and see the joints on the side of my knee caps click when I bend and straighten them out, don't know what that means.
Will do some cardio tonight, ooh I'm down to 155 lbs from 160lbs :doh: I wanted to gain weight not lose weight. Apparently those light weight circuit exercises and cardio is making me lose weight and not gain muscle.
But as long as I feel good and look cut up then i'll stick with it
