Did back/bis/shoulders this morning, good workout, should feel sore on Sunday.

Yesterday sucked eating wise. I was so busy at working getting a demonstration ready and then presenting that I didn't have time to eat lunch or a snack, so I ate a real thick dinner around 9 when I walked in the door at the house. I could tell my muscles were aching badly for food, but just didn't have any time to stop.

It's the Maryland Athletic Club

http://www.macwellness.com/

The Harbor East location is the one closest to me

http://www.macwellness.com/HarborEast/default.htm

For my wife and I it will be $160/month. But the place is really nice. I think it's worth the price I just don't know if I can afford it. It has salt water pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, multiple workout areas, all brand new equipment, food (sushi), a dedicated personal training area, and a martial arts area with heavy bags and speed bags.

Knee deep powder at copper today. Best day of the season. We got first chair (about 8:45) and rode non-stop until about 2pm. I could barely walk to the car afterwords :hsd:

Overboard. For $24/month I have full free weights, pretty much any machine you can imagine, bball court, lap pool, hot tub, yoga/aerobics room and about 50 flat screen TVs (they replay last night's hockey games during the following day )

there is a Planet Fitness here that is $20/month but it is just weights, universal machines, and cardio machines. No pool or nice amenities. Plus it is further away so we spend more on gas getting there....not $140 more tho
