Just got done working arm and shoulders P90x. Made it through the whole workout without throwing up!!

What weights are you guys using?

When i did the P90x I did light weights due to my limited weight selection. I just try to get cut anyways. I skipped out saturday and sunday workout because I had guest in town. Will be back with it tonight!

Still lifting. Think I'm gonna go on some weight gainer to try and throw on another 10 pounds or so before the spring gets here

I hit up the boobie regimen this evening. I was able to do 10x3 at 75lbs on the decline chest press, then I nearly puked so I went home h:

I'm doing the same weight decline press as I am flat press now, which I think is good since I just started decline like a week ago. (I dunno, is decline supposed to be easier or harder than flat chest press?) Still only able to do 60 or so inclined. Makes my shoulders really sore. :/

Decline bench press is typically easier and you should be able to do more weight in decline than flat
