I hit up the boobie regimen this evening. I was able to do 10x3 at 75lbs on the decline chest press, then I nearly puked so I went home

I'm doing the same weight decline press as I am flat press now, which I think is good since I just started decline like a week ago. (I dunno, is decline supposed to be easier or harder than flat chest press?) Still only able to do 60 or so inclined. Makes my shoulders really sore. :/
