MAN. My traps and upper back are insanely sore. UGH. Running at lunch today.

nothing wrong my body is just adjusting to the routine. It's going to change next week anyway.

yeah, i try to "confuse" my muscle. If I'm not sore, that means I didn't lift enough weights/reps or my muscle is getting use to the routine. That is when I need to switch some things around.

Just wrapped up arms and abs. I can feel my skin stretching. everything hurts in a bad and good way. Tomorrow I'm taking the day off from working out.

Exactly. I always felt like I had to make progress each time I was in the gym...either more reps, more exercises, or more weight.

The trainer gave me a new routine today. It was pretty tough. I am not sure if it's tougher than the old one or not. It may be I am just not used to it.

My body is pretty tired now :hs: My arms are getting pretty vascular

I would like to be a slightly larger version of that guy (non-asian version tho :chuckles). I think I can accomplish the larger part...but getting that lean and ripped will be tough.
