yeah, i try to "confuse" my muscle. If I'm not sore, that means I didn't lift enough weights/reps or my muscle is getting use to the routine. That is when I need to switch some things around.
Exactly. I always felt like I had to make progress each time I was in the gym...either more reps, more exercises, or more weight.

The trainer gave me a new routine today. It was pretty tough. I am not sure if it's tougher than the old one or not. It may be I am just not used to it.
