Workout crew: let's hear some updates.
Just went under 170 a week or two ago... first time in ~4-5 years. Still going 3 days a week. My separated clavicle is pretty much 100% now (or as close as its gonna get). Since the weather is bad, I've upped my cardio to 80 minutes (read a book while on the bike), and then lift for about 30 minutes. I feel great, but I'm not really getting any change in my appearance. I also have no clue when it comes to diet... I just eat what's cheap, which is usually pasta.
A few months before Craig and I started at the gym I was ~205. Better diet/unloading and loading sets 1-2 times a day cut me down to 198. I am staying at 198 since we've been lifting due to us lifting heavy rather than repping.
Today I am finally not sore anywhere...need to get to the gym :hs:

Actually, I might as well ask. Any suggestions on diet/nutrition? Good websites, etc?
My goal: to maintain my current weight (168, 5'8"), but reduce body fat a bit. My current work out is 80 minutes of the "hill profile" program on the stationary bike at about 50% resistance (I can't really go much higher without pissing off my knees), 30 minutes of shoulder press, boobie press, curl, resistance crunches, and lat pull downs, all on machines, usually following 12, 10, 8, 6 rep sets with increasing weight. I also throw in machine calf raises & leg press every once in a while.

Stay away from the misc. section there. Its like the basement X a million
So... i'm just kind of lazy, but i'd like to get in to some routine.
I actually live right across the street from our crazy athletic center, and i've been meaning to head over there, because it's free and right across the street.
I'm 6'6", about 225-230lbs, and I'd love to slim it down a little. I got a decent amount of flab, but definatley not a fatty. I smoke, too.
I'd like to bring it down to like 200/210 or something and get some muscle... no need to be a bodybuilder or anything, but some oomph would be dope. I eat pretty well, and have no problem following a diet (I was on atkins for a few years... used to be like 290
).
Any simple, daily or semi-weekely routines you guys recommend? I don't have a problem doing something like 20min a day or whatever... I can see the place from where i'm sitting right now...
I know that I am going to kick myself in the ass in a few years if I never got going on this, so any recommendations from the cut crew would be sweet.

Left shoulder is out of wack. I dunno how serious it is (Mild, non compromising pain from the front-top during benching, pain fades throughout the workout, pain noticable if I'm holding something heavy in my left arm without support and then suddenly the weight is released), but if it doesn't get better with a week of rest I'm going to the doc.
That being said, I'm doing OK. Kinda stagnating, but slowly losing fat. Abs now visible on my stomach when I flex. Up to about 20-25 pullups in a row too

h:I haven't been in a while because of my two jobs and school...not that I was ever workout crew material. I can't wait to go back once this hellish week is over.
