Since the weather is bad, I've upped my cardio to 80 minutes (read a book while on the bike), and then lift for about 30 minutes. I feel great, but I'm not really getting any change in my appearance. I also have no clue when it comes to diet... I just eat what's cheap, which is usually pasta.
Actually, I might as well ask. Any suggestions on diet/nutrition? Good websites, etc?
My goal: to maintain my current weight (168, 5'8"), but reduce body fat a bit. My current work out is 80 minutes of the "hill profile" program on the stationary bike at about 50% resistance (I can't really go much higher without pissing off my knees), 30 minutes of shoulder press, boobie press, curl, resistance crunches, and lat pull downs, all on machines, usually following 12, 10, 8, 6 rep sets with increasing weight. I also throw in machine calf raises & leg press every once in a while.
