Left shoulder is out of wack. I dunno how serious it is (Mild, non compromising pain from the front-top during benching, pain fades throughout the workout, pain noticable if I'm holding something heavy in my left arm without support and then suddenly the weight is released), but if it doesn't get better with a week of rest I'm going to the doc.
That being said, I'm doing OK. Kinda stagnating, but slowly losing fat. Abs now visible on my stomach when I flex. Up to about 20-25 pullups in a row too

I haven't been in a while because of my two jobs and school...not that I was ever workout crew material. I can't wait to go back once this hellish week is over.
