At 181 right now. I feel stronger each time in. Looking for 9 more lbs but that this is going to be hard to come by as soon as school starts in again in January. However, its a goal to try and achieve. And if I can bench 100lbs more than my weight, I'll be happy.

Left shoulder is out of wack. I dunno how serious it is (Mild, non compromising pain from the front-top during benching, pain fades throughout the workout, pain noticable if I'm holding something heavy in my left arm without support and then suddenly the weight is released), but if it doesn't get better with a week of rest I'm going to the doc.

That being said, I'm doing OK. Kinda stagnating, but slowly losing fat. Abs now visible on my stomach when I flex. Up to about 20-25 pullups in a row too h:

word. was about to start a new thread about this h:

finally started workin out again in mid august after more than 5 mos of being inactive. i was 160lb at the time and now im down to 150lb. ive lost a looot of extra flab around my midsection and leaned down in general

i go to the gym 3x's a week and ive added 10 mins of jumping rope and 10 mins of hitting an 80lb bag at the end of each lifting session

im gettin jacked

and i forgot to mention that my diet has improved dramatically. no soda, maybe once every other week at most. i drink juice thats partially diluted in water every now and again. seriously cut back on any junkfood and saturated fats. eat out maybe twice a week at most and cook/make everything at home. eating more veggies, too

I don't know what I currently weigh, have been working out again for the last 3 weeks or so.

Everyone I see asks me if I am losing weight... but I feel thicker than I ever have...

Could be, it is that time of the month :O

Nah, I just have been eating like mad lately and I think that my mind is taking that into effect.

I know that my arms look bigger than ever, but my stomach looks the least impressive than it has in a long time, at least to me that is.
