finally started workin out again in mid august after more than 5 mos of being inactive. i was 160lb at the time and now im down to 150lb. ive lost a looot of extra flab around my midsection and leaned down in general
i go to the gym 3x's a week and ive added 10 mins of jumping rope and 10 mins of hitting an 80lb bag at the end of each lifting session
im gettin jacked
and i forgot to mention that my diet has improved dramatically. no soda, maybe once every other week at most. i drink juice thats partially diluted in water every now and again. seriously cut back on any junkfood and saturated fats. eat out maybe twice a week at most and cook/make everything at home. eating more veggies, too
