I've only really kept up with Spanky. This guy is my hero.
Anyway I'm still cruising at ~170 lbs, down from 195 in March. No real desire to lose any more weight. However I've been concentrating more on getting cut.
I try to keep my diet healthy but since it's Xmas season I find myself cheating more than I should.
My workouts are now more circuit-style than just going for big numbers. Basically just keeping my heart rate up.
At one point a 4-5months ago.. I was 215 : / I'm 200lb now...working on losing another 20lb at most... but I'm lifting weights at the same time so my weight goes up and down
