Workout crew: let's hear some updates.
How have you guys been doing?
I've only really kept up with Spanky. This guy is my hero.
Anyway I'm still cruising at ~170 lbs, down from 195 in March. No real desire to lose any more weight. However I've been concentrating more on getting cut.
I try to keep my diet healthy but since it's Xmas season I find myself cheating more than I should.
My workouts are now more circuit-style than just going for big numbers. Basically just keeping my heart rate up.
Hoping to get down to around 10% BF.
