Losing 110+lbs was great, but you also lost about 8 years visually. Good stuff man.

Supplements:
1) CLA (GNC - targets stomach fat - 3x daily)
2) CE2 by MRI (pre/post creatine pill - 3x daily)
3) Zinc/Iron/Magnesium (3x daily)
4) Glucosomine (joint recovery - 2x daily)
5) Whey protein shakes (2x daily - immediately when awake and 30 or less after work out)
Craigerton, have you had any experience using BCAA's? My brother says it is one of the best for post workout.

For now I am working out and doing this is a recovery drink:
http://www.rei.com/product/803398/ha...ix-32-servings
mixed into Chocolate Milk.

Got this recipe from a worker there who is HUGE into running, cycling, etc and said the best for post workout recovery is chocolate milk with some more protein. Tried it for the first time last night and it tastes AMAZING and woke up without any issue in my muscles, etc.

Joe, the guy I used to live with, swears by chocolate milk after and I do that as well (when its stocked at home). Good call. With the BCAA's Ive read that you get 25% of your BCAA's from whey protein shakes so I dont feel the necessity to supp those in just yet. Do you know my huge buddy at the gym? He recommends the following and I've seen this posted online as well from other users:

25g Whey protein 15min after waking up + 5g BCAA
20g Whey protein 45min pre-workout + 5g BCAA
40g Whey protein 15min post-workout +40g waxy maize carbs
30g Casein protein 15min before bed + 5g BCAA

Brian, I would honestly spend your money elsewhere. You can create a better effect with less cash. All Recoverite is, is a small amount of protein with maltodextrin, glutamine and a few electrolyte vitamins. You could get a similar effect with a protein powder, glutamine supplement and powdered Gatorade. But, if it works for you, that's all that matters . Also, BCAA's are cheap and great for supplementation. You don't need to buy an expensive drink mix, just buy straight ones. That's just my 2 cents.

I think that the biggest thing anyone is getting from Chocolate milk is sugar that spikes your insulin and casein protein. I'm indifferent on the WMS, I would just go with Dextrose. But you can't argue with results h:.

If you are talking about the cost, I get all REI products at 30% off, so the $55 isn't as much as any other supplement powder. For now it seems to be working...I'll maybe try something else when that runs out

At that price it's worth using . It is a fine supplement, I was just stating at $55, you could get a cheaper per serving combo elsewhere.

Awesome man!

I'm on my 7th week, thinking I need a break. Starting to get all of the old aches and pains that made me quit before
