got a set of adjustable dumbells.

i wasn't a "fan" of them, but i mean, i don't work out... so why wouldn't i be?

they are be weider, $150 with a stand... 15lbs to 50lbs each.

what are the best exercises to work my chest?

Well Rogue has the Romaleos 1s for $145 and I found a site that's selling Adidas Adistars for $149.

This. Dips when you lean more forward will concentrate more on the chest.

Still lifting. Doing a 3 day split with cardio mixed in here and there. I actually lost about 6 pounds :thinking:, not sure where from. I'm hopeful I'll put it back on in muscle h:.

My legs are still sore from doing squats 2 Saturdays ago. I'm trying to ease in to everything as I usually get injured thinking I'm He-man :hs:.

I did PT (Physical Training) with a group of Air Force paratroopers this morning. Holy muh-fuggin shit! Never have I "urged" to puke after a strenuous workout, but this morning I did want to.
