nothing wrong with coffee as long as you aren't overdoing the sugar & cream.
nope, caffeine is actually a stimulant/fat burner from what I have read. its jsut people get it in the worst possible ways. energy drinks, coffee loaded with cream and sugar, and soda loaded with sugar.
