Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
Trying to drop some weight before the wedding. Keeping it pretty simple by doing 20 mins of cardio every morning, some crunches afterwards, and watching what I eat. Been doing major portion control, cutting down (not out) the carbs, and trying not to eat out. I also cut out soda 3 months ago and I feel great. Next will be the coffee...

Yeah, I need to start drinking it black. I was for a while, but then our coffee at work was terrible so I had to add sugar. But now we have Kuerig and Nespresso machines so the coffee quality has improved.
I've been back at it for about 3 weeks now. Feeling ok. Can't believe how weak I am
