Dude, honestly, if you knowingly blew out your knees, WTF didnt you go get that taken care? Of all people, you should be aware of health practices. You've done fucked your whole competetive cardio life.

I haven't been to the Dr. since I was 7. It's all good though, as long as I can walk I'm fine. I can snowboard, so that's all good with me.

So this is a fun new bench exercise. If you're not familiar with it, the chains "act" like another 45lb plate but some links rest on the ground, becoming lighter as you decline, but heavier when you press. Kinda classic.

i like new shit, that looks like a cool set up craigorz. I'm going to hit some shoulders tonight. I'm thinking about getting on some proteins. Need to do my research.

that's good son, haven't weighed myself in awhile, pretty senseless since i don't care if i lose or gain weight, i just want to look good and feel stronger.

Going to hit up some back tonight, i've been trying to do pullups with weight on my back, pretty gangsta stuff. Trying to do 10 wide grip pullups with 25lbs in a backpack.
