I cant see Spanks video (or pic). Can someone describe it?
So I've been back in le gym Mon and Tue and confirmed something: totally ok on push movements but have to be very particular with pulls. However, the strength is somewhat still there which made a nukka smile. Gonna be 90 today so eff the gym and gonna paddlesurf from 5-6:30 then have a 10pm soccer game. Tomorrow a.m. is gonna suuuuuuuuuuuuuck but golfing at 1pm!

Def Need to work on form, no doubt it's not perfect but it felt fine.
I need to get rid of the hutch in my DL too.
And no plateus yet (if you're referring to weight loss or strength gains)

did a quick booby day yesterday before heading to H's gymnastics meet. I've started doing my normal bicep/tricep routine and then doing a few more sets with only my left arm to try to compensate for my dinky left arm

As long as it felt fine, you're fine. It's hard to tell from that angle. With the weight you used it would be fine, but much more and it could have gotten bad quickly. /Idon'tknoweverythingaboutolympiclifts :lmao:
Sorry for splitting the hairs, spanks. Very good to hear that you haven't plateau'd yet, and the weight loss is awesome. I need to lose about 25 myself.
How's the diet going with the routine? Most CF guys I know have to eat a shit-ton just to make it through the workouts.
Press is the term used in squats when you hit the bottom, and "press" the weight vertically with your legs.

I haven't had any issues with the workouts that I could attribute to anything other than my roundness.
