Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
Man, havent been to the gym in two weeks. Honestly, havent had the urge to go whatsoever. I think its due to really bad tendonitis in both elbows so that has depressed the fun big time. Soooo, Im going to try start back up this week but truly dont find the entertainment in it anymore. About to go to www.scheik.com and get some professional elbow wraps to ease the pain. Weaksauce man...the calcium/magnesium/zinc AND glucosamine just arent helping.
I got really bad tendonitis in my wrist from lifting a couple years ago. I just dropped down the weight and kept on lifting (I had to skip certain exercises like dumbell chest press, should press, etc). It hurt like a bitch at the time, but I think the fact that I kept using it with a lower weight helped it heal. A couple months later I was 100% again.

^ I've thought about it and might just do high reps with lower weight which shouldnt be the problem. The only thing Im fighting is = mental block. Was making terrific gains and getting way strong...to know where I was and what I cant do now makes me sad. Make sense? But I guess people have to do what they have to do.
