New gym membership this week.

$45 monthly for me and the wifey. Gym is "decent". It's no Gold's, but it's better than my uni's gym. And I can go whenever the hell I want.

yesterday we did 10 sets of 10 reps shoulder press and 10 reps pullups
i did 75lb on the shoulder press and pullups with band assist.
