just ran 3 miles on the treadmill. First time running in a few months because it's been so damn hot out and the gym just finally got their AC fixed Went pretty easy, glad I hadn't lost it completely.

I need to cut down on some of the bad foods I eat, I also need to be more consistent working out. I see some slight change, but I think the dieting part is holding me back.

I went to the gym today for the first time in ~6 months. It was my longest time off in 10 years. Felt good to be back but god damn am I out of shape.

Getting back into running. Ran 4 miles on Thursday and went for a run this morning, but I was too full of beer and cheeseburger to make it very far :ugh:

So for the last 3 weeks I have been averaging 140 miles per week. Kind of slacking a bit this week though due to a potential knee issue, pretty sure its being caused by poor bike fitment though. Saving up for a new bicycle that fits me a lot better and is more conducive to hitting closer to 200+ miles per week.
