I cant see Spanks video (or pic). Can someone describe it?
So I've been back in le gym Mon and Tue and confirmed something: totally ok on push movements but have to be very particular with pulls. However, the strength is somewhat still there which made a nukka smile. Gonna be 90 today so eff the gym and gonna paddlesurf from 5-6:30 then have a 10pm soccer game. Tomorrow a.m. is gonna suuuuuuuuuuuuuck but golfing at 1pm!
