i just ran out of whey, so i was wondering. i'm ok with eating healthy 
oh yeah i ran in the ROC race the other day. freaking sprained my ankle. also, i tried to get as dirty as possible.

All I have for right now is a couple of months ago at 11% and 146 lbs lean. I might get around to taking new pics soon to track progress.

I'm 5'11 and I'm at 169 pounds. My goal by this summer is to be around 175 with 9-10 percent body fat. If I gained 5 1/2 pounds of lean in about two months I shouldn't have a problem gaining another 6 my summer. I work at a gym and I'm about to start my training to become a group core instructor. That should help keep my core shape up.
