what i mean about sugar is i stop using it, of course there is sugar in almost everything but i'm doing my best to avoid it. like coffee for instance, i don't use it i just drink it black and also in cereals and on fruit.

Ive lost about 70 lbs since Jan 1. Eat right and exercise. Ain't fckin hard.
