well i finally decided that i wanted to lose weight by the end of this summer. i started out at 238 and i'm down to 230 with-in a week. i cut out all fast food, i eat an apple for each one of my snacks. completely cut out all sugar and sweets and started taking oxyelite pro and jogging almost every day
I need to lose this gut
I've completely let myself go. The past 5 months have not been kind to me, as I have been sitting in front of a desk for 12 hrs a day. Maybe I should get a pair of running shoes. Need to get a mountain bike too.

i need suggestions on what to do as far as a dumbbell workout.
i got a set of the adjustable ones that go from 15-50lbs, i just need something to base my workout on.
exercises, reps, sets, etc... i just don't know where to start, so i randomly just walk in the room and do some curls and shit.
also want to plan some sit ups, push ups and pull ups in there, along with cardio, that's all i really got.
going to miami in august
