i need suggestions on what to do as far as a dumbbell workout.
i got a set of the adjustable ones that go from 15-50lbs, i just need something to base my workout on.
exercises, reps, sets, etc... i just don't know where to start, so i randomly just walk in the room and do some curls and shit.
also want to plan some sit ups, push ups and pull ups in there, along with cardio, that's all i really got.
going to miami in august
