This is mind numbing weight loss. Congratulations Jeremy! What's your end goal for the weight loss? I'm assuming your approaching a plateau in which you will be adding weight in the form of muscle.
Also, anyone taking supplements? Curious to see what, if anything, people are using.

No supplements except for a potassium supplement for muscle cramping. I think I have got that beat though since I haven't taken them in a while and haven't had any cramping after a ride.

Nothing to report, really. But here's my new work gym: http://www.lsac-flatiron.com/. It's tits. They have towels and shaving cream and combs and mouthwash and stuff. It feels like a fancy hotel in the locker room. The weight room is missing a couple pieces, but really it's got everything I need. And this place is NEVER crowded at lunch. I kept my membership at 24Hour Fitness, so now I go to both gyms.
