Workout Thread ver. whatever the f-ck version it is
Spanks, congrats man. Saw your post on FB and been following your work, you seriously look so much better and healthier than you have over the years, it really is impressive to see the changes you have made.
I have dropped 30lbs and am maintaining it well, looking to kick another 10-15lbs to hit target weight (185-190) then going to start changing my routine to balance out my cardio which is mostly bike riding right now with weight training. When I am done the goal is a trim 200 which is going to take a bit of work but by midsummer I should be there hopefully.

Just weighed myself this weekend and I was down to 182 lbs. I dont think I have been this light since freshman year in HS, and is almost 80 lbs down from my peak of 260 at college graduation.
I've been on a pre-wedding push, and am in the gym every morning to do cardio. It's only 20 mins on the elyptical but it gets it done. I also do crunches and push ups every morning. I do want to expand to add some weights, but would really only have time to do it on the weekends.
I have also cut down on carbs and been focusing on portion control. Although that will all go out the window in Italy

Started week 5 of P90x and tonight was Plyometrics and was able to do 99% of it at near full "regular" toughness. They do beginner, regular and insane for fitness levels. My jumps are cleaner, my stamina is higher, and my landings are softer. REALLY noticing a difference and only 35% of the way though!
today concluded the 90 day nutrition challenge at my gym.
