I can hit 355 4 times now. max out flat bench

:shocked: how long did it take for you to reach that? did u have a naturally large frame? even if i ate as much as i could and lifted for 5 years straight, i dont think i could ever hit that

I''m "husky".. 42 inch chest.

2 solid years of lifting, but I don't bench as often as I should.

My arms and legs are my stronger points.

pshh... 42" ain't chit

I need to start lifting again, and running.. I've maintained my weight at 244lbs so far without working out, since I have been sick.. Gonna drop to 225lbs, then hit heavies again. I need to get back to where I was this past summer, 200lbs reps (25x4) on bench :naughty:

Thats where I'm trying to get to. I want to ingest about 150 grams a day and workout. Did you see any gains during that time you were taking all that protein? I'm trying to get to 180-190 lbs. I am 174 right now.

once I start running every day again and doing light weights, I'm going to start protein, hopefully I should get some decent results.

i'm 6 foot 145 pounds and bench 205 3 times
i don't take creatine cause it's bad for you untill your organs are fully developed(i'm 17 but i'm 18 in 8 days).
and you don't want to take alot of just protien-that will harm you more than help you ,you need everything.

i take 150-250 grams of protein a day.. depending on how much I work out.

when I start lifting/ running again, I'm going to just do some protein once a day on the days I lift/run. I need to trim down first, though. Plus, I don't need too much protein, otherwise I'd probably get big like AHHHNOLD :chuckles:
