I need to start lifting again, and running.. I've maintained my weight at 244lbs so far without working out, since I have been sick.. Gonna drop to 225lbs, then hit heavies again. I need to get back to where I was this past summer, 200lbs reps (25x4) on bench :naughty:

I aint husky and I have a 45" chest
man you guys are into your supplements way to much.. my old personal trainer guy was saying use those as a last chance thing.. once you aren't gaining any muscle at all or not getting gains in weight then move over to those. In 2 years with this guy he never had me on any supplements.
