man you guys are into your supplements way to much.. my old personal trainer guy was saying use those as a last chance thing.. once you aren't gaining any muscle at all or not getting gains in weight then move over to those. In 2 years with this guy he never had me on any supplements.

i agree...i was "all natural" until i hit my plateau six months ago.

Protein isnt really a supplement. A supplement is more like creatine or something like that. Taking protein is just like eating lots of meat or tuna. Helps the process.
