people who are lifting should pick before during and after pics and their routine. :thumbup:

i used to and i will again once i get a job, for now i work out the old fashioned way, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, jumping jacks

for three weeks a month or so back i was ingesting 100 gms of proteins a day for 3 weeks and working out 3 times a week, ,now i'm not eating no mo proteins and working out only 1 time a week

The protein shakes I drank were good as ****. I use to get one after every workout at golds, and they put a bananna, cinnamon (sp?), protein powder, applejuice and maybe more, dunno... But that shit was thick and gooooood...

musta cost a grip ey? i get my daily proteins from tuna and a shake from a local smoothie store every now and then

I started a new routine. I am over the wall so I am lifting heavier and getting bigger. I hit my goal of 200lbs a while ago and am now at 210 - 215. My final goal will be about 245 me thinks
