The protein shakes I drank were good as ****. I use to get one after every workout at golds, and they put a bananna, cinnamon (sp?), protein powder, applejuice and maybe more, dunno... But that shit was thick and gooooood...

I started a new routine. I am over the wall so I am lifting heavier and getting bigger. I hit my goal of 200lbs a while ago and am now at 210 - 215. My final goal will be about 245 me thinks
