I don't put on weight in fat, only muscle. I'm lucky I guess, I have a high metabolism.

Yea its cool because I dont get fat but I'd like to get bigger like fill out more. I can gain weight in muscle by working out but its a slow process and I'd like to supplement it by eating the right food. I am intaking 140 grams of protein a day now so I hope it'll help out

What's the best whey protein out there? Price isn't a factor.

I dont know what the best is but I use the GNC whey protein. It has 20 grams of protein per scoop. My friend take the MetRX stuff though and he said it has 40 grams of protein per scoop. I want to try that one next

Eariler tonite I got this stuff called Pro Complex with 55g's of protein per serving. Comparing this to all the other whey proteins, I'm kinda scared having that much protein in my body. I read if you take in too much it may damage your liver h:.
