Official HAN Fitness Camp III
basically I eat around 6 times a day (every 2 hours). I try to make sure the majority of my meals are lean meat and veggies. I eat a ton of chicken and fish but I will also have steak too. Here is a typical day, although the times vary:
Generally I miss one of those meals so I have 6 a day. Sometimes I have 7 meals or more.
Some days if I have extra time or extra food I eat leftover meat and veggies in place of any of the bars or shakes.
- Breakfast (5am) - Omelet (2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, spinach). Lately I have been eating lox on the side
- Morning Snack (7am) - Muscle Milk w/ greek yogurt and 1 Banana(1/2 serving of each mixed together)
- Lunch (10am) - 4oz chicken with veggies
- Afternoon snack (12-1) - more chicken and veggies or a protein shake
Random creatine and greens shake (10-1) - 5g Creatine with 1 serving Greens+ - Pre-Dinner snack (non-workout days 4pm) - Greens+ Protein Bar
or
Post-Workout snack (4pm) - Muscle milk and Oats (1 serving Muscle Milk mixed with 1 serving Steel Cut oats) - Dinner (6pm) - Fish, chicken or steak with veggies
- Before Bed (8pm) - Second serving of dinner or Protein Shake and fruit

On monday-wednesday, I ate a salad for breakfast, shake/apple/candy bar for lunch, and a lean cuisine for dinner. Last night I ate 3 lean cuisines
h: I woke up and looked in the mirror and looked LEEEEAAAAN
Unfortunately, it's a fucking blizzard outside, so I can't run today. It's encouraging to know that I can go from tubby to lean in about 4 days if I put my mind to it, but no way I'll keep up with this diet crap

So I just made a shake...it looks like ass (like a greenish brown) but tastes REALLY GOOD.
1 Banana
6 Strawberries
3 Dates (pitted)
4 scoops Muscle Milk (1 scoop peanut butter, 3 scoops cake batter)
small handful of almonds
2 servings Greens+ powder
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup water
6 ice cubes
It made 2-3 servings.

ok so it wasn't the non-fat version. you are still staying it wrong but I get you now.
well, i'm gonna see what i can do with this diet thing. i eat pretty well, just not often enough and i'm sure i don't get enough protein and fruits and veggies.
and from what i understand, high protein leads to more fat loss
