Took most from there...but I adjusted the numbers. I am doing more reps and sets because I dont feel comfortable maxing out at 4-6 reps. I cant do some of them without a partner spotting me...and a partner I lack.

I am running 1.5 miles every day

Weight is staying the same though, which is not a big deal because I am seeing growth. So actually I guess it means I am dropping fat weight but picking up muscle weight in a proportionate amount...huh...go figure that one

Daily weight watch FTL there buddy

You are going to hit little plateaus. You should check your weight about once a week for steady decreases instead of day to day because fluctuations happen.

i know.

i just feel like this keeps me more motivated and will keep me working hard. i want to go to once a week but each time i go to the gym i go to the scale to see how ive done. :hs:

Yea...seeing a change like that is a good motivator. But youre going to head towards the plateau and wont see dramatic changes...so be prepared and dont let that get you down.
