it's all in taking your caloric intake and splitting it up into 4-5 meals so it stokes the metabolism into burning everything faster. This added to your workout schedule will up your loss in a healthy way. If you hit a plateau then of course you will have to shock the system with a routine change or eating schedule change.

Oh and that isn't saying you aren't doing it right it is just some help to keep you on your way. You are doing great so don't let me discourage you, just sometimes daily scaling can screw things up for some people, I know in my case it does so I weigh in once a week on average.

i know all too well about getting off target. thats why im trying to do whatever if feel will help. yesterday was a hectic day so i didnt get much food in
my normal diet is egg whites and wheat toast for breakfast and chicken, fish or shrimp for dinner with some ramdom veggies. fruits or sugar free jello or gelatin in between meals for snacks along with a protien hake when i wake up, one before lunch, one an hour before workout and one right after workout. i know its going to take some time but hopefully by my birthday next year (june 16) ill be at or near my goal of 180.
thanks for the help fellas, it means alot.
