I started working out seriously again

Jog - 4 miles, 2 mile walk
100 push ups varying hand position every 10
40 yard dash 10 times with 10 second rest between each
20 pull ups hfawk:
40 yard dash 5 times with 10 second rest inbetween
Some basic Yoga positions I learned, I feel stupid doing them but my muscles feel a hell of a lot better doing it as a "cool" down method

Been doing this work out for 3 days, going to change it up in a week or so and add some weight lifting h:

My weight at the beginning of winter was 185, I'm now 195  I want to get back down to 180 before the summer

"I did 1.5 miles in 30 minutes."
when i first read that i thought you were talking about your car... haha

but yea. i've been working out for the last 5 months or so without any aerobic exercise and when i went out to run a couple days ago i was extremely tired after half a mile. you should try swimming, it's real good for you to help your body get slimmer and more fit. it's also easy on the joints.
