Saturday & Sunday are supposed to be my off days but the wifey wanted to go to the gym so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.

I actually get kinda fidgety if I don't go out and run or do something on the weekends....plus it gives me an excuse to eat steaks and drink lots of beer without remorse h:

I hate the gym though, so I'll always be a scrawny Asian :hs:

You don't need to do dumbbell press and military press...I'd pick one, and then add bent over rear lateral raises. Other than that, looks good.
