Damn Spanks is dropping like mad..congrats

I just added running to my schedule last night. I set the timer for 16 minutes and do 3 minute warm up walk 4 minutes jog 3 minutes walk and continue until the time is up. Definitley a lot better than the bike.

HELL yea... I like it when people go out running.. i used to compete in HS but reality hits u in college :sad:
We're a strange breed.... We love pain...

Just got back running 2 miles, but i guess it wasnt anything. I run 2 miles every tues, thurs, and sat with about 10 people lined up in formation.
