Damn Spanks is dropping like mad..congrats 
I just added running to my schedule last night. I set the timer for 16 minutes and do 3 minute warm up walk 4 minutes jog 3 minutes walk and continue until the time is up. Definitley a lot better than the bike.

HELL yea... I like it when people go out running.. i used to compete in HS but reality hits u in college :sad:
